What this site collects
- Your name, email address, phone number, RCIC licence number, time zone, and the province or territory of your practice (used for GST/HST).
- The private-session times you choose.
- A record of the agreements you accept, with the date, your IP address and your browser description, including the name you type to sign the Participant Confidentiality Agreement.
- Payment records (amounts, dates and Stripe references). Your card details are held by Stripe; GSCE never receives your full card number.
Why
To manage your enrolment, collect the instalments you authorize, schedule your private sessions, contact you about the course, and keep the records a CPD provider needs.
Service providers
- Stripe, for payments.
- Google Calendar, where your name and email appear on the instructor's calendar entry for each private session.
- An email delivery provider, for enrolment and payment emails.
- Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting), which run this site.
