Global School of Corporate Excellence

Course Terms

Version 2026-10-07

1. Who we are and what you are buying

The course is provided by ICN Migration Club Inc., operating as Global School of Corporate Excellence ("GSCE", "we"), 100 Richmond St W, Suite 308, Toronto ON M5H 3K6, courses@gsce.ca. "You" means the person enrolling.

You are enrolling in Advanced AI in Immigration Practice: Responsible Workflows and Practical Implementation (the "Course"):

  • Group sessions: eight live online sessions on Wednesdays, 5:00 to 7:45 p.m. Toronto time: Nov 25, Dec 2, Dec 9, Dec 16 (2026) and Jan 6, Jan 13, Jan 20, Jan 27 (2027). No sessions on Dec 23 and Dec 30.
  • Private sessions: two one-hour private sessions with the instructor in February 2027 (section 6).
  • Live only: sessions are not recorded and no replays are available.

We may change a session's date or time for reasons beyond our control, such as instructor illness. If we do, we will give as much notice as we can and offer a replacement live session.

2. Enrolment, seats and cohort confirmation

  1. The Course runs with at least 5 and at most 15 participants. Seats are allocated in the order payments are completed.
  2. Your enrolment is complete when your first payment succeeds and you have accepted these Terms and the Participant Confidentiality Agreement. You book both private sessions as part of enrolment.
  3. The cohort is confirmed automatically when the fifth participant's payment succeeds. We email everyone when that happens.
  4. If fewer than 5 participants have enrolled by November 18, 2026, GSCE will decide whether to run the Course anyway or cancel it. If we cancel, everything you paid is refunded in full (section 4).
  5. Enrolment closes on November 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Toronto time, or earlier if all 15 seats are taken.

3. Fees, tax and automatic payments

Tuition is $4,500 CAD plus applicable tax, paid in up to three instalments. What you pay at enrolment depends on when you enrol:

When you enrolPaid at enrolmentCharged later to your saved card
Before the cohort is confirmed$500 reservation$1,750 when the cohort is confirmed; $2,250 on Dec 5, 2026
After confirmation, until enrolment closes (Nov 24, 2026)$2,250$2,250 on Dec 5, 2026
  1. Tax: GST or HST is added based on the province or territory of your practice address, at the rate in effect when each payment is charged. Receipts show ICN Migration Club Inc.'s GST/HST registration number.
  2. Automatic charges: by enrolling, you authorize GSCE to charge the card you use at enrolment for the later instalments shown above, on the dates or events shown, plus applicable tax. We email you a receipt for each charge and a reminder before the Dec 5 charge.
  3. Failed payments: if a charge fails, our payment processor retries it, and we email you a secure link to pay. Your enrolment stays active while a payment is outstanding, but GSCE may suspend access to sessions if a balance remains unpaid for more than 14 days.
  4. Payment processing: payments are processed by Stripe. GSCE never sees or stores your full card number.

4. Withdrawal, refunds and cancellation

To withdraw, email courses@gsce.ca. Your withdrawal date is the day we receive the email.

5. Attendance and missed sessions

  1. All group sessions are live online and are not recorded. No replays are available, so plan to attend each session in real time.
  2. If you miss a session, you receive that session's handouts. There is no make-up session and no refund. You may raise questions about what you missed in later group sessions or in your private sessions.
  3. You need a computer with a camera, microphone and a stable internet connection, and a paid ChatGPT plan (any paid tier, not the free version) for the hands-on exercises. Joining links are sent to your enrolment email and must not be shared.
  4. Attendance may be recorded for CPD purposes (section 7).

6. Private sessions

  1. You receive two one-hour private sessions with the instructor, held online by Google Meet. You choose both times when you enroll, from the instructor's available times between February 1 and February 26, 2027, on weekdays, at least 7 days apart.
  2. To change a booked time, email courses@gsce.ca at least 48 hours before it. We will offer another time in February, subject to the instructor's availability. You cannot reschedule through the website yourself.
  3. A private session you miss, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, is forfeited and is not refunded or replaced.
  4. Private sessions are part of the Course and are not sold separately. They are cancelled if you withdraw or are removed. They are not CPD hours.
  5. Please do not share real client information in private sessions unless it is necessary and you are permitted to do so.

7. CPD status, confidentiality and conduct

  1. CPD status: this Course is not a CPD activity unless the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) approves it. GSCE has applied, or intends to apply, for approval. Approval is not guaranteed, and the Course runs whether or not it is approved. A refusal or partial approval is not grounds for a refund. If CPD hours are approved, they apply only to live attendance at group sessions, as CICC's approval states.
  2. Confidentiality: you must accept the separate Participant Confidentiality Agreement. It governs everything shared in the Course and survives these Terms.
  3. No real client files: group exercises use fictional files. Do not share real client information in group sessions.
  4. Conduct: treat other participants and the instructor with respect. GSCE may remove anyone who disrupts sessions, harasses others or breaches these Terms, after notice, with the same refund rule as removal for breach (section 4).
  5. Intellectual property: course materials belong to GSCE or the instructor. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in your own practice. The Confidentiality Agreement sets the rest.
  6. Product interests: where the instructor demonstrates software in which he has a commercial interest, that interest is disclosed. Using any such product is never required.

8. Disclaimers, liability and general terms

  1. Education, not advice: the Course is professional education. It is not legal advice and does not create a representation or advisory relationship. You remain responsible for your own professional work, including verifying any AI output and complying with the CICC Code of Professional Conduct and the rules of IRCC, the IRB and other bodies.
  2. No guaranteed results: we do not promise any productivity gain, cost saving, revenue or other outcome from applying what you learn. Software built in exercises is a prototype, not production-ready.
  3. Third-party tools: you choose and pay for any AI or software tools you use, including the paid ChatGPT plan needed for the exercises (section 5). These costs are not included in the tuition. Their terms and privacy practices are your responsibility.
  4. Liability: to the extent the law allows, GSCE's and the instructor's total liability to you for anything related to the Course is limited to the tuition you paid.
  5. Privacy: your personal information is handled under the GSCE Privacy Notice.
  6. Governing law: the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada apply. The courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, have jurisdiction.
  7. Changes: these Terms apply as accepted at enrolment. A later version applies to you only if you agree to it.
  8. Contact: courses@gsce.ca, 100 Richmond St W, Suite 308, Toronto ON M5H 3K6.

These Terms work together with the Participant Confidentiality Agreement and the Privacy Notice.
